All cancellations
carry a 10% handling fee

– Non arrivals: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
– Less than 1 week notice: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
– 1 to 2 weeks notice: 25% of deposit refund
– 2 to 4 weeks notice: 50% of deposit refund
– 4 weeks or more notice: Full refund of deposit

No refunds on deposits for: peak seasons, long weekends, public holidays or group bookings.

Due to COVID-19, during peak season, we will allow our guests to change the dates of their booking to a later date.

Subject to availability. Conditions applicable to cancellations and deposits will apply. EARLY DEPARTURE

FEE 50 % of daily rate for each day/s accommodation cancelled. The above conditions may be relaxed under exceptional circumstances. Please note that rate increases may apply.
